Monique Kassinen
Monique has been a cornerstone of real estate administration for 15 years, bringing order, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail to every project. Her experience spans law offices, brokerages, and working directly with Realtors, giving her a broad understanding of the industry. Monique thrives on keeping things running smoothly and loves the fast pace and ever-changing nature of real estate. She’s friendly, approachable, and always ready to help the team—and clients—navigate the process with ease.
Outside of the office, Monique enjoys cooking, sourdough baking, gardening, and long neighborhood walks with audiobooks. She’s recently taken up playing guitar with her daughter, Sasha. Family is central to her life—Monique lives with her husband Michael, two children (Sasha and James), and their pets, Georgie the labradoodle and Forrest the tabby cat.
Her favorite local escape is Drip in Departure Bay, where she can grab a drink and sandwich, then enjoy a stroll and a little beachcombing.
