This Week in John’s Life
This week has been all about intentional recovery. I’ve spent the tail-end of my Mexico trip between the vibrant streets of Puerto Vallarta and the surf-town ease of Sayulita. Following a busy year, I opted for a 'low-decision' travel style—prioritizing long walks, fresh food, and daily exercise over a rigid itinerary. It’s been a powerful reminder that sometimes the best way to move forward is to step into a different pace of life. I’m returning home gently rejuvenated and convinced that the holiday season in Mexico is exactly what the doctor ordered for a balanced year ahead.
