Are you a homeowner who follows a lot of real estate agents?

Are you a homeowner who follows a lot of real estate agents?

Have you noticed anything's changed lately?

As the market shifts and transaction volume declines, there's simply less business to go around.

To adapt, many agents look for ways to trim overhead or generate alternate income streams.

You've probably seen what that looks like on your feed:

• Constant brokerage-switch announcements

• Heavy agent-recruitment posts

• Realtor coaching webinars and courses

• New business ventures completely unrelated to real estate

Change in itself isn't a red flag. But in this context, it often points to divided attention.

Navigating a challenging market requires more focus, not less. My approach has been the opposite: doubling down on client availability, cutting out distractions, and being intentional about who I work with.

If you own a home in Nanaimo and have a major property decision ahead of you, that's where 100% of my focus is.

Ready when you are.
