The newest addition to our firm is Stephen Schaff. I have been searching for the right person to compliment me as an advisor for over 2 years. I was not willing to compromise. I have had many agents work with me over the years and I had determined that I would rather work independently than work alongside an advisor that I didn't think was a perfect fit. Stephen is the perfect fit. Stephen has several years of trading experience and approaches the industry with the same mentality as I do. He lives the 3 Core Commitments. He is experienced in real estate and life. Stephen’s specialty is in working with buyers. He loves getting out and looking at homes and is very practiced with the challenging market conditions of the last few years.
