Third-Highest Sales Week: While inventory grabbed the headlines, 25 sales is a very strong showing; the third-highest weekly total in our dataset (surpassed only by 28 in November and 27 in early April). Demand is clearly attempting to keep pace with supply.
The "Selection" Power Shift: Even with 25 sales, the 29.4% weekly absorption rate suggests that inventory is accumulating. This is the first time since January that the market has felt this "heavy" with options, shifting significant leverage into the hands of buyers.
