Sales have more than doubled this week compared to last week. 23 homes sold in the last 7 days compared to only 10 in the previous week. New listings have started to decline with only 39 homes hitting the market this week compared to 47 last week. I expect new listings to decline over the next few weeks and sales to remain steady until late November.
