I hear that from time to time. I understand it. The life events that got me here were mostly coincidental.

I barely graduated from high school, and I barely qualified for university. When I found marketing, I graduated with honours.

I worked in marketing for a software company, discovered MMA, and went back to school for a sport science diploma.

I lost money trying to run an MMA gym, became obsessed with wealth building, and went back to school again. I got within two courses of apprenticing as an appraiser, and I dropped out.

Then I put the marketing degree, the appraisal background, and the sports science mindset to work and pursued a career as a real estate advisor.

It worked. 19 years later I'm still here. And I love what I do.
