Embracing the Challenge: Building Consistency and Success in a Tough Market
As we crest into the back half of 2024 it's become evident that the market has become more challenging and many agents are having difficulty meeting their goals for the year. I encourage you to give yourself some grace and recognize that building consistency takes time. Put in consistent hard work. And be your own unique self. Copying others is a flawed strategy and is unlikely to lead to a high level of recognizable success.
