Meet the Power Trio: Introducing the Exceptional Team Behind John Cooper & Associates!

‘The Power of 3’ -I am so proud of the individuals I am about to introduce you. It has taken me years of trial and error to find the ‘right people for the right seats’ for John Cooper & Associates.

Starting with our licensed Operations Manager Sara Browne. Also known as an ‘Integrator’ (if you follow the EOS business operations model as we do), Sara is the hub for our entire organization. She laughs when I refer to her as “my boss” but that is the case. Sara loves systems and processes and I love her for this skill set. As a “Licensed” Operations Manager Sara is empowered to be able to assist our clients with every aspect of their real estate experience. She is trained in agency law, contract law, and contract writing and interpreting. This is a massive advantage to our firm. In addition, Sara has received specific training with the Operations Manager of one of the largest real estate firms in the USA (The Daniel Beer Team in San Diego). This training showed her how to create and optimize repeatable systems and processes at a world-class level.

I could not ask for a better person to operate and build this company with. In addition to her immense organizational skills, Sara works very hard, is incredibly humble, and holds our team accountable to the highest standards of professionalism. Sara and I share a passion for Hot Yoga and we ‘geek out’ together on Operational Efficiency.

The newest addition to our firm is Stephen Schaff. I have been searching for the right person to compliment me as an advisor for over 2 years. I was not willing to compromise. I have had many agents work with me over the years and I had determined that I would rather work independently than work alongside an advisor that I didn't think was a perfect fit. Stephen is the perfect fit. Stephen has several years of trading experience and approaches the industry with the same mentality as I do. He lives the 3 Core Commitments. He is experienced in real estate and life. Stephen’s specialty is in working with buyers. He loves getting out and looking at homes and is very practiced with the challenging market conditions of the last few years.
