Revealing Our Foundation: John Cooper & Associates' 3 Core Commitments

The ‘Power of 3’ theme that spawned from our logo design has influenced every aspect of our new real estate firm.

I wanted to come up with 3 core values that would define every decision we make at John Cooper & Associates. 3 unforgettable commitments that I and every member of our firm will make that define who we are and what we stand for. This was a tall task. I spent months thinking about how I could accomplish this.

During the last few months, I have been engaged in some deeply personal work. If you have been following my journey I have dedicated the last several months to reconnect with my true self. I have been letting go of barriers that were preventing me from building deep connections with the people I love who surround me.

I had highly refined strategic planning skills and I knew how to work hard, but I had forgotten how to be present, be truly accountable to the people around me and my emotional growth had plateaued. I had lost some of my true self and I had needed to learn to love myself and others.

It has been a beautiful journey in self-discovery and this work led me to the 3 Core Commitments that will define the future of my life and the John Cooper & Associates Real Estate firm.

I am so proud to release this work to the world and I can not wait to hear what you all think of it.
