Here's the thing about real estate content in 2025: there's more of it than ever, and that's actually great for buyers and sellers trying to make informed decisions.
But I want to be real with you about something I've been thinking about lately.
A lot of what you're seeing online, those perfectly scripted videos, those dense captions over B Roll, often comes from AI research, not necessarily from boots on the ground experience. And while AI is an incredible tool (I use it too), here's the catch: I can't bring ChatGPT with me to the negotiating table.
When you ask me a question during a walk through, when we're standing in that kitchen talking about whether this is THE house, I need to know my stuff without a teleprompter or a research tool in my pocket.
That's why I'm committed to creating content that reflects what I actually know and can explain to you in real time. My goal is simple: if you better understand [insert topic], you can make better decisions about your real estate investments.
